PIAF Awards 2025: Eugenio Ratta conferred Lifetime Achievement Award as winners announced

The Writers Capital International Foundation on Monday announced the recipients of the prestigious Panorama International Arts Festival (PIAF) Awards 2025, bringing the curtain down on its fifth edition themed Jalam: The Element of Water — an exploration of depth, movement and the universal life force of water. Renowned Italian artist Eugenio Ratta has been honoured with the festival’s highest accolade, the Lifetime Achievement Award, in recognition of his extraordinary lifelong contribution to the arts and contemporary creative thought.

Congratulating the awardees as well as delegates of Panorama International Arts Festival, Preeth Padmanabhan Nambiar, President of Writers Capital Foundation and Chairman of the festival noted that each awardee represented a voice forged in sincerity and relentless dedication. He thanked the international jury for ensuring highest standards while evaluating the work.

Speaking of the intensity of the selection process, Irene Doura Kavadia, Secretary General underlined saying the international jury faced an exceptionally challenging task owing to the outstanding quality and diversity of submissions received from across the world. Global Coordinator of PIAF Silla Maria Campanini congratulated the awardes.
