The Writers Capital International Foundation on Monday announced the recipients of the Panorama International Arts Festival (PIAF) Awards 2025, marking the culmination of its fifth edition themed Jalam: The Element of Water — a celebration of depth, flow and the life-sustaining essence of water across cultures.

Italian artist and thinker Sebastiano Sechi has been honoured with the festival’s highest recognition, the Lifetime Achievement Award, for his lifelong dedication to artistic excellence and contemporary philosophical discourse.

In his official message, the Foundation President said, “Each awardee carries a voice shaped by sincerity and unwavering commitment. Heartiest congratulations to every artist recognised this year.”

The Secretary General described the selection process as particularly demanding, noting that the international jury reviewed an exceptionally strong and diverse pool of submissions from around the world.
