The third edition of the Global Vision Summit (GVS) is scheduled to take place in Athens from July 2 to 4, 2026, bringing together an international cohort of academics, writers, artists, and cultural practitioners within a structured interdisciplinary framework. The Summit will be coordinated by Irene Doura Kavadia, Secretary General of the Writers Capital International Foundation, under whose auspices the initiative is organized.

The programme integrates an Interdisciplinary Conference, a Literary and Artistic Symposium, an official Awards Ceremony, and curated presentations of selected titles from Writers’ International Edition. This multi-format structure aligns academic discourse with creative production and institutional recognition, enabling cross-sector engagement within a single event framework.

The Summit will be conducted across three venues in Athens. Proceedings will open on July 2 at the Old Town Hall of Glyfada, continue on July 3 at the Melina Cultural Center, and conclude on July 4 at the Cultural Center of the City of Athens – Antonis Tritsis Hall. Sessions are scheduled in the late afternoon and evening, provisionally between 16:00 and 21:00.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Academy International Language Translation & IT Centres, the academic body Global Academy for Transformative Education (G.A.T.E.), and the publishing and media platform Writers’ International Edition, with additional support from cultural, educational, and volunteer organizations across Greece and international regions.

The Summit aims to strengthen international cultural collaboration and to facilitate sustained dialogue among intellectuals and creative professionals. Its thematic orientation focuses on cultural production, interdisciplinary knowledge exchange, and the evolving role of literature and the arts within contemporary global contexts.

The programme includes a formal awards segment recognizing distinguished participants of the Panorama International Literature, Book and Arts Festivals 2025–2026, as well as contributors to the Biennale of Hagiography, Iconography, and Hymnography 2025–2026. National Excellence Awards and international Global Icon Awards will also be conferred to individuals demonstrating notable contributions in their respective fields.

In addition, lectures and thematic discussions will be delivered by invited speakers representing domains of science, education, literature, and the arts. These sessions are designed to generate critical engagement and applied insights relevant to current cultural and intellectual developments.

Global Vision Summit III continues its positioning as an annual international platform that consolidates dialogue, creativity, and recognition, reinforcing its role in advancing cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
